Returns & Shipping
The Savage Way Shop is a store that offers Original Art and/or Limited-Edition Items and can only be returned for store/shop credit or exchange.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No credits or exchanges after 14 business days upon receipt of delivery.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions to return your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your merchandise is received and inspected, you will be issued a credit or sent the exchange merchandise you selected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping. Please provide photographs of proof of damage when you email email@example.com. If you receive the wrong item, let us know and we will make it right!
These are original art pieces and/or limited-edition items. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want before the limited quantities sell out is to contact firstname.lastname@example.org and initiate the exchange process quickly. Then place a NEW order for the item you want. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5 – 7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We strive to get orders shipped within 3 to 5 business day. We ship from our warehouse in Charlotte, NC from Monday - Friday. We do not ship Saturday or Sunday or any USPS holidays. This excludes all made-to-order pieces that are specified in the product description. These pieces can vary on shipping time (2-4 weeks from placing order for example). Customers will select their preferred shipping method upon checkout. UPS is our primary shipping method but USPS is also offered as a carrier. Standard Ground (4-6 business days once your item is packaged and shipped from the warehouse) does not include weekends. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii take an additional 2-5 days. Tracking numbers are auto generated via email when the label is printed, but movement may be delayed based on when scanning occurs and due to COVID-19 transit delays. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
At this time, we are not shipping our products internationally. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested and we can chat options.
The merchandise you order may be filled in multiple packages and may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged. Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing separate orders.
